How Command works

Your systems keep working.
Command governs the gaps.

Command watches only the operational evidence you authorize, finds exceptions that match your controls, consolidates duplicates, and gives each consequential issue a clear owner and resolution history.

The governed journey

From evidence to accountable outcome.

A signal is not created merely because data arrived. A source fact must pass its field contract, match an active driving rule, and survive consolidation before it becomes work for a person.

01

Connect the evidence

An administrator authorizes a mailbox, controlled file, or REST source. Command receives only the approved fields—not a copy of the source system.

02

Apply the controls

Every approved fact is evaluated against the driving rules selected for its control group. Facts that do not meet a rule remain evidence, not signals.

03

Create one signal

Related exceptions are consolidated into one governed case with the reason, confidence, value at risk, evidence references, and response window.

04

Give it an owner

Command routes the case to an accountable person or team. Notification policy decides when and how people are contacted, preventing alert floods.

05

Resolve the source issue

The owner investigates and corrects the issue in the system where work belongs—ERP, CRM, WMS, mailbox, or another operating system.

06

Close the loop

The owner records the outcome in Command. Resolve, reopen, comments, evidence lineage, and control history remain visible for audit and improvement.

Clear responsibility

Command coordinates work. It does not take over your systems.

The source system remains authoritative. Command supplies the cross-system decision layer: what matters, why it matters, who owns it, and whether it was resolved.

01

Customer systems

Continue to hold transactions, messages, orders, and operational work. Command does not replace them.

02

Talvify Command

Detects consequential exceptions between systems, explains why they matter, and creates accountable work.

03

Customer teams

Investigate, correct the source issue, and record the outcome. Command preserves who did what and when.

A simple example

An overdue invoice plus a customer escalation becomes one revenue-risk case.

Oracle supplies the approved invoice facts. CRM or a mailbox supplies the approved escalation evidence. An active revenue control correlates them by a safe customer reference. Command creates one case, assigns an owner, suppresses duplicate alerts, and retains the resolution history.
